Amazing experience. I mean the sushi rolls are divine... my favorite was the westside roll and the langoustine roll. The westside roll had this creamy sauce over the seared scallop and was absolutely packed with flavor. The langoustine roll did fall apart so I used my hands. I know should try with chopsticks.. but it was great I did not want my friends to even have one. We had a few other rolls that were ok just not my palette although my friends enjoyed it. Service was great and they had $10 rolls that day so we did go all out. We sat outside and it was pouring rain but they had a cover and fans so it didn't get hot. Only thing was parking you valet and you do pay. I don't think there is an option to just park yourself.

10/10 I decided to go on a solo date and this was delicious. The lychee martini's are awesome and such a perfect pairing with the sushi. The Casanova roll, I could marry. It was delicious without leaving super full and just the touch I needed. The bartenders were super friendly and the service was awesome. The renovation is neat as well.

Let's talk about my favorite Sushi restaurant in Atlanta! Sushi is one of my fave meals I literally look for a reason to have it and Eight is my top two spots in ATL and it's not two. I just went there for their reopening (hallelujah!) weekend where they served all their delicious rolls for $10! Now, y'all know because they were having such a good deal it was absolutely jumping in there. Even on a regular day I'd definitely recommend setting a reservation for easy seating. The overall atmosphere is a very calm and upscale feel great for date night, or a business meeting. They have indoor and patio seating which I love. The service is always top tier and they are amazing at providing recommendations based on your taste buds. I always start every meal off with their gyoza which is my favorite appetizer at any Japanese restaurant, the gyoza here is fried so it also has a crunch to it and it is sooo good! During this visit I got two rolls; the Hashtags roll and the Cassanova roll. Both were absolutely delicious but my absolute favorite is the Cassanova Roll I get it every time I come. I can't sing Eight's praises enough and I'm so happy they are reopened, cheers!

Celebrating an anniversary? Looking for an upscale dining experience to impress a date? Look no further. Fancy and fresh. We ordered a bunch of rolls, my favorites were the Red Samurai and the Hashtag (I don't usually like crab or tempura in my rolls!) Everything we ordered was fantastic. The Langoustine was a surprise, with its strong truffle flavor and creaminess - I'd recommend this for someone who maybe doesn't really like sushi. The cocktails and sake list looked amazing but I didn't want alcohol on this visit. There's always next time! Service was excellent. Glasses always full and the manager even swung by to apologize for an accidental light show. They don't validate parking.

This is my second time coming in and this experience was even better than the first. On this particular evening, they were celebrating being reopened after renovations and were offering $10 on all sushi rules so I of course got 2! Parking: There were a few metered parallel parking spots right in front of the establishment, but right around the corner (adjacent to Hattie B's) there is a parking deck where I was able to park for 2 hours for $6. Just a short walk around the corner from the restaurant. Service: I made a reservation online for 7pm, but when I arrived my table was not ready. I was told to wait 10-15 minutes and I would be escorted, but 15 minutes later I was still waiting. When I checked in with the hostess again I was seated at the sushi bar which was fine. Maybe on high traffic days like this there shouldn't be any reservations? I'm not sure how they would mitigate this. Other than that, the service I received from my waiter throughout the evening was spectacular. He was prompt, kind, and attentive. I never had to hunt him down and I could tell he cared that I was having a good experience! Pro tip: There are purse hooks underneath the sushi bar for your purse :-) Drinks: I got the lychee martini. It was pretty good, but I honestly could have passed. Food: I got the Hashtag Roll and the Explosion Roll. Both were extremely fresh and flavorful. My only critique, was that the explosion roll kept falling apart when I tried to eat it with my chopsticks which was a bit challenging. I would 100% order both of them again! Vibe: Super cute and upscale, chic vibe so put on your cute clothes! It's dimly lit and while the decor is minimum in my opinion, it is a great place for a girls night or date night. There's also an outdoor seating area that is enclosed, not sure if they open it sometimes! I will definitely be back soon and hope to try the new lounge they built next door.

Hands down the best sushi I've ever had. The atmosphere was nice. Great aesthetics. The only thing I would say is it's pretty dark on the inside which made it difficult to get good pics. However, the customer service was on point. I ordered so many rolls and sashimi I honestly can't remember all of them. But I will post pics and these are just a few. Again it was too dark to get good picture so they won't do much justice. But take my word for it this place is on top of the sushi game

This is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in the city. The sushi is always incredibly fresh and the service on point. I had the roaring 20's roll my last visit. Love the tang of the mango and the spice in the roll. The fried Serrano peppers were a tad too hard however. This restaurant is beautiful and I like to sit at the sushi bar a lot. Prices are affordable given the area. Valet parking in the deck is $6.

Great casual place in west midtown for sushi (as the name suggests). We have been to eight sushi multiple times and it never disappoints. Service is prompt, the servers are funny and entertaining and the ambience is great. Parking is in the garage in the adjacent building and the only con is they don't validate parking. Now, coming to the food - it is amazing. Right from their appetizers - definitely try the gyoza to the tempura... its a treat for your tastebuds!! The rolls are unique and well thought of - esp the california rolls - they are well spiced and the mango sauce adds a great bit of flavor. Their sashimi is fresh and flavorful. All in all a great gastronomic experience - definitely recommend this place to all the sushi lovers out there

Oh my gosh! My bf found eight sushi lounge on Reddit and man it did not disappoint! The inside was super cute and romantic but we opted to use their patio bc it's patio season!! They set the tables up very cute with flowers and nice table clothes so felt very cute vibe I started off with the MATCHARITA which was heavenly and so strong! It was matcha and margarita I mean what a perfect combo! My partner ordered a small bottle of the KIKUSUI PERFECT SNOW sake. For starters, we got the SALMON TATAKI (15.00-Slightly seared king salmon, miso glazed, serrano pepper, black caviar It was the perfect amount of savory and had the just perfect amount of kick from the Serrano. We also got the Wagyu sando- A5 wagyu, mushroom, sturgeon caviar this was the start of the show. Literally melted in your mouth and the bread crunch to Wagyu melt was insanely good. Then we both got our own rolls I got the burlesque roll and my partner got the rolling 20s roll. Burlesque roll was a yummy one if you like sushi's with sauce I recommend this one! I really liked the rolling 20s bc it was super fresh as well! Our servers name I think was Sean but he was absolutely amazing as well! Had the best time and will be back for another special occasion!
